Pierre man indicted for dealing meth

Pierre, SD – A Piere, South Dakota man has been charged for distributing meth by federal prosecutors. United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced that a Pierre, South Dakota, man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine.  Daniel James Boe, age 35, was indicted on December 8, 2020.  He appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno on December 16, 2020, and pled not guilty to the Indictment. The maximum penalty upon conviction is a mandatory minimum five years, up to 40 years in prison and/or a $5,000,000 fine, at least 4 years of supervised release, and
